The Carolina Hurricanes have signed goaltender Manny Legace to a 1 year contract. This season with the Chicago Wolves he is 2-2. He will most likely be Cam Ward’s replacement, as he is going to be out for a month, maybe longer.

Update: He’s staying over night at the hospital, with a laceration in the “upper part” of his leg. They are calling up Justin Peters from Albany.

OK guys, the NHL Gallery is complete. I’m working on the AHL gallery, and I’m looking for the goalies playing with the AHL team, not their NHL affiliate. So if anyone has any pics, you know where to send them. Thanks.

Hey Guys. I’m not sure If I should continue doing the previews the way I’m doing them. If you visit this site you most likely know the NHL goalies, and Catching hand and record aren’t exactly the most interesting stats. So, instead, I’m going to make a page on the side wall for League Galleries: So there would be NHL, which would have pics of all the NHL goalies, than maybe an OHl, or WHL, or some other league Gallery. I plan on doing NCAA as well.

So, if anyone has any photos, feel free to send them to me at llodgoalies@aol.com

OK, so we are going to start previewing all goalies for the NHL- The starters, and the backups, not third string (that will be in AHL preview). It probably won’t be too much right now, just their current record and their catching hand. We’ll probably do more later.
